After downloading, verify your installer by comparing its SHA-256 hash value. On Windows systems, open PowerShell and run:

Windows: SHA256 checksum published with each release
macOS: SHA256 checksum published with each release
Linux .deb: SHA256 checksum published with each release
Digital signatures on Windows installers confirm publisher identity. Right-click the downloaded file, select Properties, then navigate to Digital Signatures to verify the Overwolf certificate when available.
